Can I start with the free plan?
Absolutely. The free plan gives you everything you need to collect your first 100 signups. Upgrade anytime as your waitlist grows.
What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
We prorate to the day. You only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle, and your renewal date stays the same.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes. All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that, annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused full months.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students?
Yes. We offer 50% off Pro and Business plans for qualifying nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact us with proof of status.
Can I pay by invoice?
Business plan customers can switch to annual invoicing with net-30 terms. Email billing@waitlist.com and we'll set it up the same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Business plan customers can also pay by bank transfer or invoice.
